RULES TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Jackpot is based on fifteen (15) pre-selected football events.(CHECK THE LATEST SHABIKI SUPA JACKPOT PREDICTIONS HERE)
2. The cash prize for the Jackpot starts at Ksh.5,000,000 and the amount progresses every week whenever we don’t have a winner.
3. You are a winner when all your 15 predictions match the games’ outcomes.
4. There are  bonuses for 12, 13 and 14 Correct Predictions.
5. Jackpot bets can be placed via the Shabiki App, SMS (text SJP#Amount  for auto pick or SJP#Predictions to 29063) and online on shabiki.com
6. You can place unlimited entries per Jackpot; each bet costs Ksh.99
7. The Jackpot prize is equally shared among all the winners.
8. In rule 7 (above), when the jackpot has multiple winners, there may be circumstances, depending on the number of winners, where a winning customer’s final payout may be less than the stake placed.
9. Bonus money or free bets cannot be used to place Jackpot bets.
10. Jackpot bets are accepted before the scheduled kick-off of the first match.
11. A jackpot bet cannot be cancelled or amended once placed.
12. If a match is abandoned or postponed from its scheduled date/time but is then rescheduled to take place no later than the set kick-off of the last game on the Jackpot list, then all selections will stand.
13. Where one (1), two (2) or three (3) games are cancelled, suspended, or voided, an official public draw shall be carried out within 72 hours of the ending of the last match to determine the results of the missing games.
14. Where four (4) or more games are cancelled, suspended, or voided, Shabiki may, at our discretion, cancel the Jackpot and refund the stake placed within 24 hours of the cancellation.
15. The results of all matches are settled on the result at the end of normal time (90 minutes plus any allocated injury time). Results after extra time and penalty shootouts are not included.
16. Official Jackpot results will be posted on Shabiki social media platforms.
17. Shabiki reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner and ascertain that the individual claiming winnings is the rightful holder of the account in question, with relevant authorities and identification documents presented before final payments are made.
18.  The period for claiming the prize won is ten (10) days. After this period, Shabiki may deem the prize forfeited unless the period is extended, at our discretion in consultation with the betting industry regulator.
19. Shabiki reserves the right to use the names, video, audio, radio, or other recordings, motion, and still images of the winner for publicity and marketing campaigns.
20. Shabiki reserves the right to withhold a part or all the prize money won until the prize presentation ceremony.
21. Shabiki reserves the right to pay the whole amount of any prize share to a winner by a cheque or bank transfer.
22. All Jackpot winnings are subject to a withholding tax of 20% in accordance with the Income Tax Act under section 35 (1) (i), (3) (h). The tax shall be deducted from your winnings and collected by us for remittance to the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
