THE KSHS 500,000 WASHINDI JACKPOT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This is a weekend jackpot that is based on thirteen {13} pre-selected soccer events. Players are not limited on the number of jackpot bets they may place with a fixed amount of Kshs. 20 each.
• The weekend jackpot prize is fixed at Kshs. 500,000 to be shared among all jackpot winner(s)
• At the end of the last match in the jackpot list, once the correct outcomes of all the 13 matches have been acquired, the jackpot winner(s) will be the ones who have correctly predicted 13/13 games.
• Winners shall be called upon to present themselves in Pitch90Bet offices with proof of identity prior to any payment being made. Pitch90 reserves the right to verify, with the relevant authorities, any identification document presented, before making any payment.
• The players with 11/13 and 12/13 will be entitled to a cash bonus prize. The amount of cash bonus will be determined by Pitch90Bet at our absolute discretion. Those with 0/13 will get a refund of their stake

The Rules

1. Jackpot bets can be placed online and on SMS.
2. All jackpot bet selections should be confirmed before placing a bet, as once submitted, they cannot be cancelled or revised.
3. Jackpot bets are accepted before the scheduled kick-off of the first match of the jackpot
4. Where one, two or three jackpot games is/are cancelled, interrupted, abandoned suspended or postponed, a formal public draw shall be done within 48 hours from the time of end of the last game of the jackpot, to determine the result of the missing game’s result. This will be done in the presence of an authorized BCLB officer.
5. Where more than three (3) games are canceled, interrupted, abandoned, suspended or postponed, Pitch90bet will cancel the particular jackpot event and refund the stake placed.
6. If the match is abandoned or postponed from its schedule date/time but is then rescheduled to take place no later than the advertised kick-off time of the last match on the list, then provided the match is played to completion at the re-arranged time, all selections will stand.
7. In all cases of postponements, cancellations, suspensions of matches, the local date and time of the event is taken into account (local time). The kick-off of every match is the last officially publicized time by Pitch90bet on pitch90bet.com website. Hence, any subsequent time publicized, supersedes any previous publicized time and is henceforth considered the new kick-off time of the match.
8. Pitch90bet reserves the right to use names, radio recordings, motion and still images of the winner or winners, for purposes of publicity, marketing campaigns.
