• Market description:
  Content of the bet is the question of which candidate will receive the most votes in the presidential elections in Kenya on August 9th, 2022. Predict who will be publicly announced and declared as the winner of the presidential election by the IEBC.
• Only single bets are accepted on this bet.
• All odds are subject to fluctuation. Placed bets will be settled at the price in force at the time they were confirmed.
• All bets are settled on the winner of the election and not on the person who is inaugurated/sworn in
  Furthermore, the Billing (Settlement) of all bets will be based on the total votes cast and counted at the time of the election. Any subsequent actions (Petition, Re -Run) for rescission will not be considered.
• Billing (settlement) is based on the number of most votes won by the nominated candidate, using figures announced /declared by the IEBC.

• Bets will be settled once the election result has been confirmed and announced by IEBC. If the election is declared invalid by the IEBC before they announce the official final result of the vote count, all bets in this market will be void. Otherwise, all bets remain valid.
• If a given candidate is no longer in a position to stand for the presidential election, bets placed on that candidate before elimination will stand.
• Bets placed on candidates after they have been officially eliminated or after they are officially no longer in a position to stand for the presidential election, will be void.
• If additional candidates are nominated and take part in the presidential election, bets placed on existing candidates in this market will stand.
• Should the elections be postponed to a later date, all bets placed on that election will stand.
• If the electoral system of the election is changed significantly, bets placed before the system changed will be void
• Zukabet reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings or cancel bets if there are reasonable grounds to suspect betting fraud or election rigging or in the event of pre-election violence that could jeopardize the regular holding of elections.
